We're excited to interview you for the Sale Staff position for Mom 2 Mom Consignment. We have an all-employee system to operate our sales. Consignors no longer earn additional percentages for performing crew hours.

What is a Sale Staff employee?

Sale Staff employees are people who perform tasks on site during sale weeks to help to sale function.

These tasks include bagging items, greeting people, organizing the floor, building equipment, inspecting items, and cashiering.

To be able to perform these tasks, you may be required to sit for long periods of time, stand for long periods of time, and physically perform the tasks at hand. In addition, you must be able to follow instructions, both written and/or verbal, and have the ability to have a friendly personality.
(Schedule changes will still be available after the fact.)
Fall 2022 Dates:

Woodbridge Tuesday September 6 - Sunday September 11
Winchester Monday September 19 -Sunday September 25
Harrisonburg Tuesday October 4 - Sunday October 9

Times available most days 9:30am-8:30pm

We'll send you an email shortly with your employee info & shirt preorder form. Please fill these out as soon as you can to begin creating your employee file.

You'll also receive 3 separate emails from SQUARE, asking you to sign your employee paperwork. After your paperwork is complete, you will be invited to create your Square Teams accounts for M2MC. This is where we have scheduling, time clock, and all of your payroll info. Please set up your account at your earliest convenience.
